Planning + Consulting

Any project is based on careful planning, taking into account the specifics of the installation in question. Equally as important, however, are cost-effective solutions, timely completion and the close coordination of all contractors involved. At the planning stage, we ascertain and coordinate all these requirements with our customer. Before manufacturing, we then need to identify the needed strength of the insulation, the most suitable materials and the matching system that will best represent the installation’s profile. Even if you should find yourself at an earlier stage and prefer to plan your installation together with us – our knowhow, our attention to detail and our more than 20 years of experience are at your disposal. We will make all the necessary preparations to ensure your project has a secure foundation from the very beginning.

Manufacturing

When planning and consulting have been concluded, or you already have all necessary measurements, blueprints and specifications, we enter the manufacturing process. Our facilities in Gelsenkirchen are fitted with the most current manufacturing technology and are operated exclusively by our own, trained expert staff. Here, we can fulfil all our customers’ wishes, resulting in completely individual, custom-tailored systems that exactly match their requirements. Naturally, all manufacturing activities are conducted within the confines of the industry’s applicable regulations according to DIN, Q worksheets and other relevant publications.

Delivery + Assembly

With all materials processed, we begin with the works on site. We deliver your building materials anywhere in Germany with our own fleet of transport vehicles. On site, our team will ensure the correct assembly and installation of your insulation solution, coordinating with you personally or an assigned representative. At this stage, our primary concern is ensuring the work safety of everyone involved and at all times.
